Questions, answered
Everything you need to know about ordering, personalizing and picking up trophies, plaques, medals and corporate awards.
Ordering & personalization
How do I request a quote?
Call us at (336) 274-6671, email trophy789@aol.com, or use the inquiry form on this site. Tell us the type of award, how many you need, the wording and your date, and we'll follow up with options and pricing.
Can my awards be personalized?
Yes. Most of our awards can be personalized with names, titles, dates and logos. Options vary by product, so tell us what you have in mind and we'll confirm what's possible for the style you choose.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Send your logo with your order. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest results. See our artwork requirements page for details.
Do you have more styles than the website shows?
Yes. Our corporate and trophy catalogs include hundreds of additional styles. Browse them on the catalogs page and send us the item names you like.
