Great awards start with clean artwork. These guidelines help your logos, names and messages come out crisp the first time.

What to send us

Not sure what you have? Send what you've got and we'll let you know if it will work.

AI, EPS, SVG or PDF files with vector artwork keep logos sharp at any size, from a lapel pin to a large plaque.

If you only have a photo or raster logo, send the largest version you have, ideally 300 dpi at the size it will appear.

Convert text to outlines in design files, or tell us the font names, so lettering prints exactly as designed.

For full-color plaques and printed pieces, include your brand colors (Pantone or hex values) so we can match them.

List every name, title and date exactly as it should appear, one award per row. A spreadsheet works well for teams.

Check spelling, dates and placement carefully before we finish your awards. Small fixes are easy before production.
